Our Roots
Sunny Rice Cafe is rooted in the comforting flavors of Filipino home cooking. Our menu features savory rice bowls like Chicken Adobo, Pork Menudo, and Bistek Tagalog, along with Ginger Arroz Caldo, a warm Filipino rice porridge that feels like the kind of home-cooked meal you crave when you need something soothing and familiar.
For something sweet, we serve Mango Sticky Rice and Ube Sticky Rice - soft, rich, and made with coconut milk.
Our drinks carry that same sense of comfort. Kapeng Barako is a bold Philippine Liberica coffee with a distinctive aroma and character. Hot Honey Ginger is a warming drink many Filipinos turn to when they want something soothing, while Green Tea Calamansi is bright, refreshing, and just as pretty as it is delicious.
From hearty rice bowls and comforting arroz caldo to sticky rice desserts and refreshing Filipino-inspired drinks, Sunny Rice Cafe brings a taste of the Philippines to the Texas Hill Country - warm, familiar, and made to feel like home.
